Radiran is a high-end heat exchanger manufacturer in United Arab Emirates and the official partner factory of LU-VE EXCHANGERS. In 2019, Radiran planned to purchase a batch of equipment to expand its production capacity. Just as negotiations were progressing, the COVID-19 pandemic broke out, making it impossible for our team to visit their facility for installation and debugging. However, Radiran saw the long-term growth potential in the heat exchanger industry and decided to proceed with the purchase. Despite the logistical challenges, we swiftly signed a contract for two automatic production lines, demonstrating our commitment to providing solutions even in difficult times.

Story

In 2019, Radiran was preparing for a major expansion by investing in two automatic production lines. Just as our sales team visited their factory and initial discussions were finalized, the COVID-19 pandemic swept across the world, bringing unprecedented challenges to global business operations. Travel restrictions meant that our technical support team could not be physically present to install and debug the equipment.
Despite these challenges, Radiran remained confident in the industry's future and decided to proceed with the purchase. To overcome the logistical barriers, we implemented IOT online services, enabling remote debugging and troubleshooting. With the support of Radiran’s highly skilled engineers, we successfully set up the equipment, ensuring mass production could commence smoothly.
Since then, our after-sales team has consistently provided remote and on-site support whenever possible. Every time our technicians visit United Arab Emirates, they conduct comprehensive maintenance to ensure the equipment operates efficiently. Now, in 2025, Radiran is preparing for its next phase of growth by transitioning to 7mm tube technology, and they have once again turned to us for their new equipment needs.
This long-standing partnership is a testament to the power of adaptability, innovation, and mutual trust, proving that even during a global crisis, successful collaboration is possible.
