Application
Mainly used for forming and processing the ends of heat exchange tubes such as copper tubes, aluminum tubes, stainless steel tubes, etc., including expansion, contraction, flanging, chamfering, etc.
Suitable for shell and tube heat exchangers, air conditioning evaporators/condensers, boiler heat exchange tubes, etc.
Automotive industry: End forming of exhaust pipes, oil pipes, hydraulic pipes.
Refrigeration industry: expansion and contraction of copper pipes for air conditioning.
Typical processing example:
U-tube end forming: used for the treatment of the bent end of U-tube heat exchangers.
Horn mouth production: convenient for subsequent tube expansion or welding.
Features
Vertical structure: The workpiece is placed vertically, with high stability and small footprint, suitable for processing long pipes (such as pipes over 6 meters).
Cold forming process: No heating is required, it is directly stamped and formed through a mold to avoid damage to material properties.
Multi functional integration: Multiple processes such as cutting, deburring, expanding, and shrinking can be completed on one device.
High precision control: The molding size error is ≤± 0.05mm, ensuring a tight fit with the tube plate.
