SMAC-Rotate End Forming Machine
Application
Specially designed for precision expansion and flanging of high-strength metal pipes (such as stainless steel pipes and titanium pipes). Specializing in high-precision molding of difficult materials.
Suitable for fields with high requirements for tube end strength, such as nuclear power heat exchangers, chemical high-pressure heat exchangers, and ship heat exchange equipment.
High precision and small batch processing are required (especially suitable for stainless steel/titanium pipes).
Typical Processing Example
Strengthening the end of nuclear power heat exchange tubes: ensuring sealing under high temperature and high pressure environments.
Thin walled tube flanging: avoiding deformation caused by traditional stamping.
Features
Rotary stamping technology: The punch is gradually formed in a rotating state, reducing material stress concentration and avoiding cracking.
Chip free processing: does not produce metal shavings, suitable for occasions with high cleanliness requirements (such as pharmaceutical and food grade heat exchangers).
High molding accuracy: The inner diameter tolerance can be controlled within ± 0.03mm, and the surface smoothness Ra is ≤ 1.6 μ m.
Suitable for high hardness materials: can handle metal pipes with a hardness HRC ≤ 45.
Automation option: Can be paired with servo feeding system to achieve continuous processing.
Multi functional integration - capable of completing composite processes such as punching, flanging, expanding, shrinking, and groove pressing.
