Used for maintenance, small batch customization, or on-site adjustment (such as pipeline fine-tuning during installation). Suitable for pipe diameters of 6-25 mm, accuracy of ± 1.5 °, low efficiency, mostly used for processing copper and aluminum pipes, low-cost maintenance, and prototype testing.

Relying on worker experience, the accuracy is low (± 1 °~2 °), which may result in elliptical deformation.
