SMAC-Heat Exchanger Tube Coil Machine
Application
Through high-precision, automated, and flexible design, it has become an indispensable equipment for modern heat exchanger production, especially suitable for:
Standardized mass production (such as in the air conditioning and refrigeration industries);
High complexity coil demand (such as in the chemical and new energy fields);
Industry application cases
Condenser/evaporator coil: Coiling copper or aluminum tubes into a spiral or serpentine shape, used for household/commercial air conditioners, refrigerators, etc.
Heat pump heat exchanger: Manufacturing coil type heat exchange components for water/ground source heat pumps.
Chemical reaction kettle coil: Stainless steel tubes are coiled into corrosion-resistant heating/cooling coils.
New energy vehicle battery cooling pipe: 3D coil machine processed irregular pipeline to meet compact space layout.
Features
(1) High precision molding
Servo control: driven by servo motors to ensure the accuracy of coil diameter, pitch, and number of turns (error ≤ ± 0.5mm).
Variable diameter design: Some models support dynamic adjustment of coil diameter (such as 50mm~500mm).
(2) Adapt to various types of pipes
Material compatibility: copper tube, stainless steel tube, titanium tube, aluminum tube, etc. (usually with a diameter of Φ 3mm~Φ 50mm).
Soft hard tube compatibility: Can handle annealed soft or hard tubes (bending parameters need to be adjusted).
(3) Efficient production
Automated feeding: Combined with straightening machines and cutting machines, achieve integrated processing of continuous coil and cutting.
High speed winding: up to 20-30 turns per minute (depending on pipe diameter and material).
(4) Flexible production
Quick changeover: Switching between different coil specifications (such as spiral and serpentine tubes) through a CNC program.
Multi axis linkage: Some high-end models support 3D stereoscopic coils (such as irregular heat exchanger tube bundles).
(5) Anti deformation and surface protection
Core axis assistance: Built in expandable core axis to avoid flattening or wrinkling when coiling thin-walled tubes.
Non destructive bending: using roller bending technology to reduce surface scratches on the pipe.
