Application
Suitable for U-shaped tube bundles, serpentine coils, support frames and other components that require multiple processing steps in heat exchangers, especially for high-precision heat exchangers in the chemical and nuclear power fields.
It can handle commonly used materials for heat exchangers such as stainless steel, copper alloy, and titanium tubes, adapting to different process requirements for thin-walled (anti deformation) and thick walled (anti crack) tubes. Quickly switch programs through the CNC system, balancing large-scale standardized pipe fittings (such as air conditioning condenser pipelines) and small-scale customized products.

Complete the punching of pipes in one go (such as pipe plate connection holes) → bending (such as 180 ° bending) → cutting (fixed length cutting).
