Application
(1) Tube plate punching
Used for machining installation holes for heat exchange tubes on tube sheets, ensuring hole accuracy and perpendicularity, directly affecting the assembly quality and sealing of heat exchange tubes.
Suitable for shell and tube heat exchangers, boilers, condensers, etc.
(2) Fin punching
Punch louvers, corrugated holes, etc. on aluminum/copper fins (Fin) to enhance heat transfer efficiency.
Commonly found in air conditioning condensers, evaporators, car radiators, etc.
(3) Shell/flange punching
Machining bolt holes, process holes, etc. on the shell or flange of the heat exchanger for subsequent assembly.
Suitable for pressure vessels, plate heat exchangers, etc.
(4) Other punch forming
Can be extended for processes such as flanging, tapping, and embossing, improving the level of integrated production.
