Structure form: This coil expander adopts a horizontal layout design, which offers a distinct advantage in terms of space utilization and operational efficiency. Incorporating flexible feeding mechanisms, it provides options for either manual feeding or workbench-assisted loading, catering to diverse operational requirements and user preferences. The stroke length of this machine surpasses that of a vertical coil expander, providing greater expansion capabilities.

The tube expander can be customized 2-16 tubes, 2-3 tube types, and multi station tailstock, which make it can be flexibly applied to any heat exchanger. The whole machine is controlled by touch screen, PLC and servo motor lifting and translation, automatic movement to complete the whole workpiece.
